Planet Fitness - Fitton Clubs is seeking a Member Services Rep (MSR) to greet members, answer questions, and process sign-ups and payments. The role focuses on delivering a friendly, efficient, and clean club experience consistent with our Judgement Free Zone culture.

As the first point of contact, you will handle inquiries, tours, and member concerns while partnering with club leadership to meet service goals. This full-time, on-site position includes opportunities for advancement and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 year of age or older.
• Ability to work onsite, this is not a remote position.
• Upbeat, professional and positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable
• Professional, respectful, and solutions-oriented in member and employee interactions
• Commitment to cleanliness and creating a positive member experience
• Ability to learn and apply company cleaning practices, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions
• Obtain and maintain CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Obtain Tanning Certification within company required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist members with tours, sign-ups and questions.
• Process memberships, cancellations and payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the shift.
• Answer phones professionally and manage front desk duties.
• Report issues to the manager when needed.
