Job summary

Planet Fitness is hiring a full-time Member Services Representative (MSR) at our Chicago club. You will greet members and guests, deliver friendly customer service, run front desk operations, tours, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment during AM and PM shifts.

As the first impression, you’ll handle membership questions, process payments, and promote our Judgement Free Zone culture while supporting club safety and overall member experience.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and check in.
• Provide information on memberships and club programs.
• Process POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain front desk and assist with tours and inquiries.
