ServiceNow in San Diego is seeking a seasoned pricing and monetization strategist to join our enterprise technology team. You’ll sit with field and cross-functional leaders, challenge assumptions, translate market signals into clear recommendations, and influence the Pricing Committee room.

This is a strategic role, not pure analytics, offering exposure to AI-enabled workflows and a chance to shape how ServiceNow monetizes its portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and secure buy-in from senior leaders.
• Strong analytical skills to structure problems and communicate findings clearly.
• Experience thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes and decision-making.
• 5+ years in enterprise technology pricing, consulting, business operations or product strategy.
• 2+ years in strategy consulting or similar professional services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive transformational change in how ServiceNow monetizes its business alongside C-suite initiatives.
• Bridge Product Pricing Team and Deal Desk to define monetization guardrails and principles.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, GTM, and operations to align pricing strategy with the roadmap.
