ServiceNow is seeking a Monetization Strategy Manager to develop pricing and packaging strategies for its Customer and Industry Workflow units. You will work with pricing and product leaders to implement monetization, translate plans across GTM and stakeholders, and define pricing KPIs for packaging performance.

The role also involves exploring new pricing models and ensuring alignment with corporate pricing roadmaps.

Qualifications

Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision making.
3+ years in enterprise tech with packaging/pricing for software.
Strong knowledge of pricing frameworks and monetization.
Proficient in competitive price research and large data synthesis with Excel/BI.
Independent thinking with minimal supervision.
Effective communicator with executives.
MBA or quantitative master's is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute monetization strategies for ServiceNow’s product portfolio.
Translate pricing strategy into executable plans with cross-functional partners.
Define, track and measure pricing KPIs to drive insights.
Identify new business opportunities and pricing models.
Support BU alignment and Pricing Committee reviews.
Contribute to market sizing, market/competitor research, enablement.
