Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Area Sales Leader for Monarch Urology to drive capital equipment sales across a multi-state Delta Plains Territory. The role focuses on robotics-enabled, less invasive therapies and requires building strong physician and economic buyer relationships.

You will develop quarterly business plans, manage forecasting, and lead clinical discussions to support evaluation and adoption of Monarch Urology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years healthcare/medical device sales; 4+ years for more senior placement.
• 2+ years capital equipment sales or equivalent.
• Travel up to 75% within territory.
• Experience in urology, endourology, robotics, or OR selling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve capital system sales, procedure growth, and disposable revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a strategic territory plan with account segmentation and forecast updates.
• Lead product, technical, and clinical discussions and demonstrations to support Monarch Urology adoption.
• Coordinate post-sale installation readiness, training, and adoption plans with internal teams.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Monarch Urology products and market trends.
