Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Area Sales Leader for Monarch Urology. Based in the Northwest Territory (Northern CA, OR, WA, ID, & Reno, NV), you will drive surgical technology adoption and revenue growth while collaborating with surgeons and healthcare professionals.

You will lead strategic planning, forecast updates, and account development, traveling extensively to hospital and ambulatory settings. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in relevant medical sales are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in healthcare/medical device sales or related field; 4+ years for senior placement.
• 2+ years in capital equipment sales or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop quarterly business plans to achieve capital system sales, procedure growth, and disposable revenue targets in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain a strategic territory plan with segmentation, funnel management, forecast updates, and launch prioritization.
• Develop relationships with physicians, nurses, admins, value analysis stakeholders, and economic buyers to understand customer needs and funding pathways.
• Lead product, technical, and clinical discussions and demonstrations to support evaluation, conversion, and adoption of Monarch Urology.
• Present value propositions and collaborate on pricing, program terms, and commercial strategies.
• Coordinate post-sale installation readiness, training, and launch support with Clinical Reps, service partners, and internal teams.
• Support customers in achieving clinical, operational, and economic goals while driving long-term utilization and satisfaction.
• Partner with Regional Business Director on education, account development, and utilization growth.
