Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for an Area Sales Leader, Monarch Urology, based in the Northwest Territory (Northern CA, OR, WA, ID, & Reno, NV). You will drive commercialization, build strategic territory plans, and lead technical and clinical discussions to promote Monarch Urology across hospitals and surgical centers.

Travel up to 75% is required with a strong incentive program. Join a team delivering innovative robotic-assisted solutions to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in healthcare, medical device sales or related field.
• 4+ years preferred for senior placement.
• Ability to learn and communicate technical product information to physicians and economic buyers.
• Strong planning, forecasting, opportunity management, and account strategy capabilities.
• Experience in urology, endourology, robotics, or OR-based selling preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within assigned territory.
• Regulatory compliance and healthcare quality requirements knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve capital system sales, procedure growth, and disposable revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a strategic territory plan with account segmentation and forecast updates.
• Develop relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, value analysis stakeholders, and economic buyers.
• Lead product, technical, and clinical discussions and demonstrations to support Monarch Urology adoption.
• Present value propositions and collaborate on pricing, program terms, and strategies.
• Coordinate post-sale installation readiness, training, and adoption plans with Clinical Representatives and service partners.
• Support customers in achieving clinical, operational, and economic goals and long-term utilization.
• Partner with Regional Business Director and Clinical Representative on education and utilization strategies.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Monarch Urology products and market trends.
• Operate in compliance with company policies and quality requirements.
