Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for an Area Sales Leader, Monarch Urology, based in the Allegheny Territory. You will drive commercialization success across PA, NY, NJ, DE, OH, and WV by building strategic plans, engaging physicians, and leading product and clinical discussions for Monarch Urology.

You will collaborate with sales leadership on pricing, manage post-sale adoption, and travel extensively to hospital and ambulatory settings to ensure patient outcomes and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years healthcare or medical device sales; 4+ years preferred for senior placement.
• Travel up to 75% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to meet capital system sales targets.
• Build and maintain a strategic territory plan including forecast updates.
• Lead product, technical, and clinical discussions to support Monarch Urology adoption.
• Present value propositions and collaborate on pricing and terms with sales leadership.
• Coordinate post-sale installation readiness and adoption plans with Clinical Representatives.
