Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a field-based Clinical Representative for Monarch Urology to cover the Delta Plains Territory (KS, OK, MO, AR, KY, TN, N. MS). You will provide procedural support, educate users, and drive device utilization across hospitals and surgical centers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Travel up to 90% is expected as you collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and staff. The role leverages Robotic MONARCH technology to enhance patient outcomes and requires strong clinical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years relevant experience, or associate degree/medical certification with 5+ years.
• Clinical, medical device technical and/or sales experience required.
• Experience in urology or surgical robotics preferred.
• Will travel up to 90% across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support and technical expertise to physicians and staff in hospital and ambulatory settings.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through education, training, and responsive service.
• Support account development to grow device utilization and clinical confidence.
• Lead product demonstrations, training events, and education initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align objectives and referral development.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams for escalation and feedback.
• Develop expert knowledge of Monarch Urology workflows and best practices.
• Maintain professional conduct and ensure regulatory and quality compliance.
• Drive sales activities to ensure products are available and used across accounts.
