Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Area Sales Leader for the Northwest Territory to drive commercialization of Monarch Urology. Based in the field, you will build relationships with physicians, administrators, and economic buyers, and lead product demonstrations and clinical discussions to accelerate adoption and long-term utilization.

You will develop quarterly business plans, manage forecast updates, coordinate with Clinical Representatives, and work with leadership on pricing and program

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of healthcare/medical device sales (4+ for senior).
• 2+ years of capital equipment or complex medical sales preferred.
• Ability to learn and communicate technical product information to physicians and economic buyers.
• Strong business planning, forecasting, and account strategy capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve capital system sales and disposable revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a strategic territory plan with funnel management and forecast updates.
• Lead product, clinical discussions and demonstrations with physicians and stakeholders.
• Present value propositions and collaborate on pricing and terms.
