Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Area Sales Leader for Monarch Urology to cover the Northwest Territory (Northern CA, OR, WA, ID, Reno NV). You will drive commercialization, engage with surgeons and clinicians, and deliver innovative, less invasive surgical solutions.

Based in the Bay Area with field responsibilities, you will develop strategic plans, train partners, and lead revenue growth across multiple states, improving patient outcomes with advanced robotics and digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical device or MedTech field sales preferred.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel within territory and other regions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercialization success within the Northwest Territory (Northern CA, OR, WA, ID, Reno NV).
• Partner with surgeons and healthcare professionals to deliver Monarch Urology solutions.
• Build and manage customer relationships, forecast revenue, and execute market expansion plans.
