Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Area Sales Leader for Monarch Urology, based in the Northwest Territory (Northern CA, OR, WA, ID, & Reno, NV). This field role drives commercialization and uses robotics to enhance patient outcomes.

You will engage surgeons and healthcare professionals to deliver smarter, less invasive treatments. You will manage quarterly plans, build strategic territory pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize adoption and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in healthcare/medical device sales; 4+ years preferred for senior placement.
• Experience in capital equipment sales or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to communicate technical product info and clinical concepts to physicians and economic buyers.

Responsibilities

• Develop quarterly business plans to achieve capital system sales and disposable revenue targets.
• Build a strategic territory plan with segmentation and forecast updates.
• Develop relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, and economic buyers to understand needs and funding paths.
• Lead product, clinical, and technical discussions to support Monarch Urology adoption.
• Present value propositions and collaborate on pricing and terms.
• Coordinate post-sale installation, training, and adoption with partners.
