• Enters orders into the processing system and ensures intake steps are complete.
• Responds to customer inquiries and complaints to improve satisfaction and turnaround times.
• Schedules ATPs and seating technicians for evaluations and adjustments requests.
• Meets productivity and performance standards and supports department initiatives.
