Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers with new equipment requests, collects demographics, and maintains data in the order processing system through to completion.
• Verifies insurance/funding eligibility and communicates financial responsibilities, obtains prescriptions and required documentation.
• Enters orders accurately in the system and ensures intake steps are completed.
• Responds to inquiries and complaints to improve customer satisfaction and reduce turnaround times.
• Resolves issues without unnecessary transfers and de-escalates when possible.
• Coordinates scheduling of technicians for evaluations and adjustments.
• Meets productivity and performance standards.
