Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers with new equipment requests and gathers demographics, entering data into the order processing system.
• Verifies insurance/funding eligibility and communicates financial responsibilities to customers.
• Enters orders into the system and advances them through processing.
• Responds to inquiries and complaints to improve customer satisfaction and turnaround times.
• Coordinates scheduling of evaluations and adjustments with ATPs and technicians.
• Keeps productivity and performance standards and participates in department initiatives.
