Job summary

The Hertz Corporation is seeking a Mobility Specialist, TNC in New York to serve as a brand ambassador and deliver the fastest, easiest, and most valued rental car experience for Lyft and Uber drivers. You will assist in reservations, rentals, and post-rental inquiries, while ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for pickup.

In a fast-paced setting, you’ll communicate Hertz/Lyft/Uber program details, handle billing questions, and actively seek opportunities to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and strong communication skills.
• Able to sell effectively and handle objections.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and working outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with rental reservations, processing rentals, and vehicle prep to ensure a smooth pickup experience.
• Answer questions about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and billing.
• Provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment to enhance the rental experience.
• Maximize revenue opportunities by addressing customer needs and promoting services.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for pickup; check for damage and basic maintenance.
