Cox Fleet is hiring a Mobile Trailer Technician II to perform certified DOT inspections and preventive maintenance at customer sites. You will handle light repairs, trailer brakes, air lines, and related systems under supervision, with opportunities to grow technical skills.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficient field service, with a focus on on-site maintenance across the customer base. A valid DOT medical card and driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Certified DOT inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Experience with refrigerated equipment preferred.
• Ability to read manuals and wiring schematics.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on trailers and refrigeration equipment.
• Complete DOT inspections and ensure compliance.
• Diagnose and repair/replace components such as brakes, coils, hoses, and electrical systems.
• Document work and update RO in TRAIT app with photos.
