Job summary

Cox Fleet, headquartered in Indianapolis, is seeking a Mobile Trailer Technician II to join our on-site team. You will perform certified DOT inspections, preventive maintenance, light repairs, and related duties at customer sites as part of a nationwide mobile maintenance network.

The role requires working a Monday–Friday schedule with 8:00am–4:30pm hours, and offers a $2,500 new hire bonus. Expect to operate a company vehicle, document work digitally, and maintain high safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years’ related field experience preferred.
• DOT regulatory compliance knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT inspections and preventive maintenance on trailers and equipment.
• Document work orders and upload photos in the TRAIT system.
• Perform repairs on trailer brakes, air lines, pumps and related components.
• Maintain safety standards and operate the company service vehicle.
• Communicate with customers and manage parts and scheduling.
