Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Proven verbal communication skills.

• Proficient with internet usage and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to branch customers and resolve routine issues.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with cash handling and branch operations (cash orders, vault, ATM, wires).
• Address escalated account services issues to resolution and log complaints.
• Promote the bank’s services and refer opportunities to banking partners.
