M&T Bank is seeking a Float Teller to enhance branch customer experience through digital engagement, lobby management, and accurate transaction processing. You will travel between branches within a designated area to support staff.

In this role you will balance cash, address customer needs, document issues, and transition sales opportunities to banking partners while adhering to policy and AML/KYC requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 6 months customer service experience.
• Ability to travel between branches as needed.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Proficient with basic internet tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide differentiated customer service through digital demonstrations and needs-based solutions.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following policy.
• Engage in lobby management and greet customers proactively.
• Refer sales opportunities to banking partners.
• Complete branch ops tasks like cash ordering, vault, ATM, wires.
• Comply with AML/KYC/BSA and risk controls.
