Qualifications

• Ability to travel between branches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and digital demonstrations; address needs with solutions.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following Bank Policy.
• Identify and transition sales opportunities to the appropriate banking partner.
• Assist with branch operations such as cash ordering, vault, ATM, and wire transfers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and log complaints in the appropriate system while maintaining AML/KYC compliance.
