The Float Teller will travel between branches as needed, promoting the bank’s services while adhering to policies, controls and risk management practices. Strong customer focus and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with minimum 6 months customer service experience, including data entry or cash handling.
• Ability to easily travel between branches on an as-needed basis.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and provide a differentiated experience by understanding customer needs.
• Educate customers through digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management, greeting customers and addressing immediate needs.
• Accurately balance and process customer transactions following Bank Policy.
• Escalate and resolve account services issues, logging complaints in the system.
• Introduce customers to the appropriate banking partner for opportunities.
• Handle branch operations such as cash ordering, vault, ATM, and wire transfers.
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately and in a timely manner.
• Complete AML/BSA/KYC activities in line with regulatory requirements.
