Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to engage customers in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help customers understand technology & service plans, build product knowledge, and guide them through their shopping journey.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, using digital tools, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. Training is provided, and incentives relate to performance and full-time status.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in Retail (Preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes and wireless technology.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
• Fulfill other duties/projects as assigned by management.
