Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to engage customers in a fast-paced retail environment, demonstrate technology, and tailor service plans to individual needs.

The role emphasizes friendly, knowledgeable support, digital tool usage, and collaboration across teams to deliver outstanding shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
