Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by helping customers choose and understand technology and service plans in a fast-paced store environment.

You will build product knowledge and use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, features, and value. The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork, with at least a high school diploma and 6 months of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by management
