Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Retail Associate to assist customers in-store, explain technology and service options, and drive satisfaction. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate plans, and guide customers through their shopping journey in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months in retail customer service or sales. Training is provided, with opportunities for career growth and a competitive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and use digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
