Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring for a Mobile Associate to engage customers in a fast-paced retail setting, building product knowledge and recommending service plans. You will use digital tools to demonstrate features and work toward high customer satisfaction.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment. Travel is not required, and entry-level training is provided.
