Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a customer-focused associate to support retail operations, helping customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced store environment. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers through their shopping journey while continuously improving digital tool usage and service plan recommendations.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and 6 months of retail customer service or sales experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
