Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by engaging customers and addressing their technology and service needs. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers along their shopping journey with emphasis on service plan recommendations and using digital tools.

At least a High School Diploma or GED is required, with 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred in retail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by business management.
