T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by assisting customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced store environment.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers along their shopping journey while developing skills in digital tools and customer service. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of retail customer service or sales experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Willingness to learn, adaptable, and able to use digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
