Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by engaging customers and delivering technology and service solutions in a fast-paced setting.

You will use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, participate in training, and contribute to a seamless customer experience. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and at least 6 months in customer service or sales, preferably in retail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred in Retail.
• Must be a passionate customer advocate and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs
• Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
