Job summary

At T-Mobile, a dynamic Retail Associate supports customer interactions by demonstrating technology and service options in a fast-paced store environment. You’ll build product knowledge, guide customers through their shopping journey, and use digital tools to showcase coverage and plans.

With a High School Diploma or GED and 6 months of customer service or sales experience, you’ll thrive on change, communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
