You’ll build proficiency in customer service and sales, using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and benefits, and complete training to stay knowledgeable about products and processes.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma/GED and 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail setting and use digital tools to demonstrate benefits.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by management.
