Job summary

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and assist customers throughout their shopping journey, with training to learn retail processes and wireless innovations.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential. Applicants should have a High School Diploma/GED and at least 6 months of customer service or sales

• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
