T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to support in-store retail operations in Perryville, MO. You will engage customers, demonstrate devices and service plans, and guide shoppers through the purchasing journey.

Role focuses on building product knowledge, using digital tools, and delivering strong customer experiences. Training is provided; performance measures include customer satisfaction and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a Retail environment preferred.
• Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders to serve customers and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized tech and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service plans for customer understanding.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes and wireless technology.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
• Handle additional duties/projects as assigned by management.
