Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to assist customers with devices, plans, and services in a fast-paced retail environment. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate network features, and guide shoppers through the purchase journey.

We value strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork, with a base hourly pay of $19.50–$20.00 plus training pay and potential incentives. This on-site role includes stock grants and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
