Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by helping customers explore technology and service options in a fast-paced store environment.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and assist customers throughout their shopping journey to boost satisfaction and loyalty. Compensation starts at $18/hour base plus $5/hour training pay, with on‑the‑job training and eligibility for additional incentives as you advance to a Mobile Expert role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
