Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate to engage customers and solutions in a fast-paced retail setting. You will demonstrate products, explain service plans, and guide buyers through their shopping journey while building product knowledge.

Training is provided during the first 90 days with hourly training pay; after promotion to Mobile Expert, eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000/year. All employees are eligible for an annual stock grant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
