Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate to support retail operations, engage customers, and guide technology and service needs in a fast-paced shopping environment.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and assist customers throughout their journey, with success measured by satisfaction and loyalty. On-the-job training and the Total Rewards program support your growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
