Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by helping customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers through their shopping journey while developing skills in customer interaction and digital tools use. This role focuses on customer satisfaction, teamwork, and adapting to new wireless innovations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
