Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring for a Mobile Associate to support retail operations and help customers select technology and service solutions. You will engage shoppers, demonstrate plans, and guide them through the buying journey while building product knowledge and digital tool skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a Retail environment.
• Retail experience is a plus and helpful for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by management.
