Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology solutions.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits to customers.
• Complete required training to gain knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes.
• Engage customers by exploring needs and providing hands-on demonstrations.
• All other duties/projects as assigned by management.
