Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks Mobile Experts to join our Retail Team of Experts. They will serve customers, demonstrate devices, explain plans, and deliver a best-in-class shopping experience while meeting sales and quality targets.

This role emphasizes using digital tools, ongoing training, and knowledge of products. Candidates should have a high school diploma and prior customer service or retail experience; full-time availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience (Preferred)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty
• Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding
• Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
• Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology
• Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service
