Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Experts to join our Retail Team and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will educate customers on devices and services, demonstrate solutions, and build lasting relationships in a fast-paced store setting.

You will engage with customers across channels, leverage digital tools, complete product training, and strive to meet performance targets for sales and service quality. This is a full-time role with stock grants and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience (Preferred)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty
• Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding
• Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
• Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology
• Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service
