Responsibilities

• Mobile Activations & Customer Education: activate devices and BYOD, educate customers, and upsell accessories.
• Mobile Escalations: troubleshoot issues, secure accounts, replace devices, and manage escalations.
• Mobile Support: assist with transferring data, password resets, SIM/eSIM setup, and diagnostics.
• On-Demand Delivery, BAPIS & XM Upsell: fulfill deliveries and upsell accessories.
