Job summary

Comcast is seeking a Retail Service Associate (RSA) to support store teams by delivering a best-in-class customer experience across mobile, operations, and transactions. You will act as a technical resource, ensuring device activation, education, and troubleshooting while maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

In addition to activation and education, you will assist with escalations, returns, and warranty processes, while driving upsell of accessories and digital options.

Qualifications
