Job summary

Comcast Retail stores are seeking a full-time Retail Service Associate to deliver best-in-class customer experiences across mobile, operations, and transactions. You will activate devices, educate customers, and resolve issues while maintaining a clean, efficient store environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, full-time availability (days/evenings/weekends/holidays), and the ability to lift 25 pounds. Base pay is $20.88/hour with potential for bonuses and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide a white-glove experience activating new devices or BYOD to the network.
• Guide customers through tablet setup and connectivity options.
• Support activation and pairing of wearable devices for seamless use.
• Educate customers on accessories and add-ons that enhance their experience and drive incremental revenue.
• Demonstrate strong understanding and enthusiasm for technology and act as a go-to resource.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex device or service issues.
