Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years in retail or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Activate devices and BYOD onboarding with a white-glove customer experience.
• Educate customers on device setup, accessories, and add-ons.
• Troubleshoot and resolve device or service issues.
• Assist with account security, device replacement, and recovery.
