Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring for a Retail Associate role. This position supports in-store customer service and sales, helping customers with device and service solutions and using digital tools to explain network benefits. Training is provided to build product knowledge and service delivery skills.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service or retail experience. A strong emphasis is placed on communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in retail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems and processes.
• Engage customers by exploring needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Handle additional duties/projects as assigned by management.
