Job summary

Essenti Talent is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver mobile hardware solutions directly to customers within a defined geographic territory. The role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and face-to-face selling using a fully stocked mobile store.

The ideal candidate will reside in the assigned territory, be able to acquire or lease a mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving history. Experience in industrial sales and strong independence are highly valued.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Strong tenured background; maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on nearby businesses. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness and operation of your mobile store and submit daily business reports.
• Data Integrity: Keep customer contact info up to date in company software.
